To support you, I’m sharing this tip to allow you to turn pain from your enemy into your friend.
Take a deep breath. I want you to remember this: pain has a purpose.
purpose of pain is to slow you down and to recognize that something is hurting
you. Whether it’s from inside or outside, we need to slow down and listen.
- With your hand on your abdomen, take a deep-breath 2 seconds in through your nose and 4 seconds out through your nose, again.
- Repeat 7 times.
- By doing it 5 minutes per day, you are almost exchanging all the oxygen in your entire body.
- That is your simple yet LIFE altering tip for today.
