Essential oils are powerful, aren’t they?
Did you know that it takes about 250,000 petals (or 8,000 roses) to produce one 5 ml bottle of rose oil?
Each drop of oil is highly concentrated. It takes a small amount of oil to produce a profound effect.
I usually only recommend 1-2 drops on your pulse points to start with. Alternatively, you can also place the oils on a cotton ball and inhale them as you continue to practice your breath techniques.
As you try different oils, please do test oils first, in small amounts, to be sure the topical application does not create a skin reaction. Generally, most are safe yet some may lead to some redness or a reaction.
